This course helps you understand alternate requirements, combining reading TAFs and METARs with videos, associated quizzes, and practice through examples. This course prepares you for other courses provided by this website with applications for flying under Part 121/135 rules in the United States. Please note: this covers regulations for Part 121 & 135 in the US only! It does not cover military TAFs or anything outside the United States. For Part 91 operations, see that specific course (available separately). A large amount of content is IDENTICAL to the Part 91 Alternates course, so I suggest choosing one OR the other, but NOT BOTH!
